Horizontal Beam Welding System
Operates with sections up to 500x2000 mm. Fixes workpieces with a tack welding mechanism and fixture system. Performs straightening and bending operations with press jaws. Welds two surfaces simultaneously.
Column and Boom Beam Welding System
Operates with sections up to 3000x3000 mm. Performs welding with a torch moving on the boom. Suitable for welding plate joints. Performs longitudinal welding operations with its travelling movement.
Gantry Type Beam Welding System
Operates with sections up to 1000x1500 mm. Used for filler welding with a 45-degree welding position. Can weld two separate parts simultaneously with its dual-head structure.
Vertical Type Beam Welding System
Operates with sections up to 1000x1500 mm. Does not require tack assembly. Can straighten distortions during welding.
Operates synchronously with MIG/MAG and submerged arc welding systems. Chassis welding machine prices vary according to the system type and working dimensions.
