Gear Type Positioner System

Gear positioners are used to bring workpieces into the welding position for SAW, TIG, and MIG/MAG welding applications. With a 360-degree rotating table structure and forward tilt movement, workpieces can be positioned at different angles.

In low-capacity models, table movements are controlled by a wired remote control. In automatic welding applications, the system can operate synchronously with the welding machine. The table rotation movement is speed-controlled. Holes and T-slots on the table can be specially designed according to workpiece dimensions. With its robust mechanical structure and gear transmission system, it is used under intensive working conditions. It is preferred in steel construction, machinery manufacturing, tank production, and heavy industry applications. Gear positioner prices vary according to carrying capacity and table size.
