Welding Automation Systems

We serve different industries with welding automation systems that you may need in your production line. We develop project-based solutions for your special manufacturing demands.

Column and Boom Welding Systems

In the welding of heavy parts, the operator's mobility directly affects the quality of the work. Column and boom systems offer options suitable for different working conditions for this need.

The fixed boom model is safely used in linear welding lines such as tanker bodies and boiler manufacturing.

The movable boom version enables the welder to access both the inner and outer surfaces, providing an advantage in narrow areas.

Telescopic boom systems are a space-saving solution for companies with limited workshop space.

The Eco Series is designed for those looking for a simpler alternative in basic welding operations.

Combined systems increase production flexibility by combining different welding methods on a single platform.

Tank Welding Machines

In large-scale tank manufacturing, the welding process is a critical stage in terms of product safety.

The single tank welding machine performs single-sided welding operations by moving on the tank with its suspended-type structure.

When double-sided welding is required, the dual model comes into operation; the inner and outer surfaces are welded simultaneously, shortening the processing time.

The jacking model offers mobility convenience to the operator, especially in high-bodied tanks, thanks to its travelling chassis.

Our mini tank welding machine is a more compact choice for small and medium-scale production.

Longitudinal Welding Machine

The longitudinal joining of cylindrical, conical or box-profile parts is the main application area of longitudinal welding machines. Boiler tanks, thermosiphons, solar energy tanks, natural gas chimneys, LPG cylinders and cooling tanks can be welded with these machines.

The system can operate in compatibility with submerged arc, MIG/MAG and TIG welding methods. The standard production range is between 1 and 4 meters; however, longer dimensions can also be considered on a project basis. Stable results can be obtained on thin sheets down to 0.60 mm wall thickness.

Circumferential Welding Automation

Circumferential welding machines are used to perform the circumferential welding operations of cylindrical products continuously and homogeneously. These machines, which can operate within a diameter range of 100 mm to 1000 mm, can be preferred as single-torch or double-torch according to production requirements.

The single-torch circumferential welding machine is sufficient for standard circumferential welding operations and is a suitable option for companies carrying out single-line production with a lower investment cost.

The double-torch circumferential welding machine performs two welds at the same time, significantly reducing production time. It is an ideal solution for facilities carrying out high-volume mass production and wishing to reduce cycle time.

Sleeve Welding Machines

It is used for the automatic MIG welding of sleeves located on the bodies of hydraulic cylinders, air tanks, boiler tanks, pressure vessels and cylindrical products. These machines offer different transportation and operating options according to the structure of the production line.

The fixed-body sleeve welding machine is designed for continuous production lines. It operates fixed at a single station and offers a reliable solution in mass production processes.

The portable sleeve welding machine is suitable for facilities with flexible production thanks to its ability to be moved between different stations. It provides an advantage in environments where the production flow changes frequently.

The column-type sleeve welding machine is preferred in the welding of large parts by offering a wide working area. It allows more comfortable intervention by the operator and facilitates the processing of large-scale workpieces.

Chain Rotator

It is a positioning system that enables H and I profiles, crane beams, box profiles and similar structural steel parts to be brought quickly and safely to the most suitable position for welding. Thanks to its synchronously operating dual-drive structure, it rotates heavy workpieces in a balanced manner and provides precise positioning.

These systems allow workpieces to be rotated without the help of a crane, reducing production times, increasing operator efficiency and reducing the load on in-shop lifting equipment. With its robust mechanical structure and flexible adjustment features, it offers high performance and reliable operation in heavy industry production.

Hydraulic Welding Positioner

It enables the workpieces to be brought quickly and precisely to the most suitable position for welding. Thanks to features such as rotation, tilting and height adjustment, it allows operators to work more comfortably and prevents welding defects. These systems, which ensure the safe positioning of heavy workpieces, are widely used in different fields such as steel structure manufacturing, tank production, pipe welding and machinery manufacturing.

The L-type welding positioner brings workpieces to the desired angle by rotating them with its L-shaped body structure. It is especially preferred in pipe and flange welding.

Gear Welding Positioner

It enables workpieces to be positioned safely and in a controlled manner at the most suitable angle for welding operations. Thanks to its rotating and tilting table structure, it provides a comfortable working environment for the welder while increasing welding quality and production speed. These positioners, which have a durable gear drive system, are widely preferred in both manual and automatic welding applications.

Chassis Welding Machine

It is used in the chassis manufacturing of trailers, lowbeds, semi-trailers, trucks and light trucks.

The horizontal beam welding machine fixes workpieces with its tack welding mechanism and fixture system; thanks to its press jaws, it also performs straightening and bending operations. Its ability to weld two surfaces simultaneously is one of the advantages that significantly reduces production time.

The column and boom beam welding machine performs the welding operation with a torch moving on the boom. Especially suitable for welding plate joints, this system provides effective results in longitudinal welding applications with its travelling movement.

The gantry beam welding machine is preferred in filler welding with its 45-degree welding position. Thanks to its dual-head structure, it has the ability to weld two separate parts simultaneously.

The vertical beam welding machine offers the possibility of correcting distortions that may occur during welding. It has been developed for operations where precision is at the forefront in chassis manufacturing.

Profile Welding Machine

It is used for welding operations of structural profiles in different sizes and shapes such as box profiles, U profiles, L profiles, H profiles and special-section profiles. Thanks to its mechanical structure and motion system, it offers reliable performance under intensive working conditions.

Tank Rotator - Welding Rotator

These are industrial positioning systems that provide the controlled rotation of pipes, tanks, boilers, pressure vessels and similar cylindrical workpieces during welding and assembly operations. Thanks to precise speed control and a synchronously operating drive system, workpieces are rotated at the ideal welding speed, contributing to increased welding quality and production efficiency.

Rotators that can adapt to parts of different diameters and tonnages reduce crane usage while allowing operators to work more safely and ergonomically. They are widely preferred in tank manufacturing, pipe production, pressure vessel manufacturing, wind energy towers and heavy industry applications.
