Hydraulic Positioner Systems

Hydraulic positioner systems are used to bring heavy and large workpieces into the proper position for welding operations:

Hydraulic Positioner: Can operate on two or three axes. Performs table rotation, arm rotation, and height adjustment. Manufactured with carrying capacities from 250 kg to 30,000 kg. Workpieces can be mounted on the table using the T-slot system. Table rotation speed is controlled by remote control.

L-Type Positioner: Rotates workpieces and brings them to the desired angle with its L-shaped body structure. Used in pipe and flange welding.

Used in steel construction manufacturing, tank welding applications, and heavy industry production lines. An optional PLC automation system can be applied. Hydraulic positioner prices vary according to the number of axes and carrying capacity.
